3. Make some pingback from your dummy blog. If you don’t have it, create them as soon as possible.

Okay, that’s my tips today. I don’t know whether it still works or not. However, as long as you want try it, I think there’s an added value given by Google. Now, you’re ready for the next PR update, right?
